O2, CAT or something else? Bogging down 700

Before I would invest in O2 and a new cat. Start with the basics, plugs, wires, distri cap/rotor, air filter. But it sounds more like a fuel delivery problem. Intank pump bad? Main pump laboring? Check the FAQs in the fuel system section.
