Definitely the flasher relay, it just happened on mine. The relay itself isn't seperate anywhere else in the car; it's all part of the switch for the hazard lights/flashers. You need to replace the whole thing for it to work correctly. Not sure about the cost new from a dealer; I'd check junkyards or the internet first. I managed to get mine quite cheap used from an older 960, and the only difference is a very slight difference in the color of the plastic. Hardly noticeable. And if you do get another one and the lights in the old switch still work, pull them out - you can use them to replace burnt out bulbs in the radio.
