Poolman:
The first indication was the CE light. Got codes read.
Watched, felt, and listened to the pump in the mornings.
Concluded that the pump is running but the "check valve" does not allow air pumped to the exhaust without some delay.
Turned off the CE light, and started the car after it cooled in 17 degree temp.
Heard the pump run, no CE light.
FCP Groton has the check valve for $86
The device over near the AMM where the vacuum hose originates is said to never fail, accrding to FCP.
Think I will change the check valve.
