cold starter seems to be a problem 200 1986

Good question, counselor. I wasn't suggesting a thing. I just pointed out what the problem is likely to be - where to place the "blame", after the fashion of an expert witness, and you can take 'expert' with a grain of salt. It is up to you to determine a course of action on the vehicle you own. I will add that i haven't ordered new door locks, ignition switch, blower motor switch or light switch for my brick on the basis of their sluggish movements this week. Nor have i pulled the seat to find out why its heater let me down when I needed it most. Cold out there, yeah, but none of those items will strand me in the weather due to congealed grease... i hope.
