No Start 200 1989

I have had an itermitttent problem with a no start and now I cannot start at all. I can not hear the whir of the fuel pump so a replaced the Fuel Pump relay with no affect. When it did run it idled pefectly. All fuses look good plugs and wires are new. Battery power seem good

Any thoughts
