Tranny question S90-V90

Poolman,
I'm sure the real mechanics will chime in soon, but in the mean time...

Are you absolutely sure the whine is coming from the tranny and not the CV joint, differential, something rubbing against the drive shaft, or even a bad rear wheel bearing? Noises that you only hear while moving are the hardest to pin-point.
