Is it really that easy to replace a fender? 900

I was all set to take my car to the body shop when I read in the FAQ that the front fender is just bolted on with 10 bolts. Is this really a question of just taking bolts off, removing the fender and bolting a new one on?

If so, is it better to go with a new one from volvoworld or a used one from the junk yard?
