'thunk' on takeoff 120-130

Take a look at the rubber bushings (or bushing) that support the driveshaft center support bearing, also check for worn out rear axle bushings. Possibly a bad transmission mount too. Another possibility is an improperly hung exhaust that swinging in the breeze.

All of the above have caused a thunk upon acceleration at one time or another on one of my 122's.
