Gary, at some point I'm going to have to come down your way and shoot you (photograph your car, that is). I run my car--1969 144S--with Eastern Motor Racing Association in the Time Trial series. It runs in EMRA's ST5 class-similiar to ITB. It is still something of a street car--drive it to some tracks, tow to others. I do photos for EMRA (see emraracing.org)--as well as some SCCA and PCA and vintage races. My car has made 106 mph on Watkin Glen's back straight, 112 at Summit Point (3300 feet-somewhat downhill) and 106 at Bridgehampton (3000 foot-somewhat uphill and still had a 32/36 at the time). Calculated by rpm, tire dia. and gears. The motor had about 30k (120 total) on a re-ring and bearing job when I started doing track days 10 years ago--it has since seen about 25 (he said while knocking on wood-his head).
