AC cuts out when accelerating 700 1990

Got lucky and one of the vacuum check valves under the hoold was bad. Sprayed some PB blaster into it and tapped on it with a screwdriver, and got it working, and AC now holds up under load. Was ready to dig into the console guts!!! Thanks so much, Bruce
