Hello All!

Check engine light on, hesitation/stall on cold start-up.
OBD codes flash me a 2-3-2 and a 2-3-1. Fault codes table says it's a fuel trim issue.
How do I go about checking and then fixing this fuel trim problem?
My college budget does not include car repairs.
