Yep...I have seen it, and a few others around here have seen it too. Mine usually jumps around when at very low speeds or while stopped. Never seen it jump while at cruise speed. Art Benstein has some really good speedo info at http://cleanflametrap.com/speedo.html . I believe previous discussions have determined it is one of the capacitors (electrolytic) that get out and dry up and therefore are not filtering the signal the way they should. Not a high priority fix for me at this time. But it is on the list to do.
