Central Locking 200 1988

I guess I was thinking of you doing it on a temporary basis to determine that it might be the central locking that is causing the drain.

Have a look on the back side of the "out" side of fuse 8 and see if there are several leads one of which is the central locking circuit.

The two relays (locking and unlocking) are located behind the air vent at the center of the dash (under the radio).
