Hi there,
Not much happening in the 240 realm, so I thought I'd invade your space with a bit of suggestion I don't see here.
I'm all too familiar with the feel of a snapping extractor. On a 240, about the only place I use one anymore is on the steering wheel security bolts, but only after taking a deep breath.
Before the searchable archives began here, Paul "Diamond-bits" Seminara sold us Amsoil and, uh, diamond bits for our Dremel tools. Yes, he sold them because they cut through easy-outs and carbide reverse drills. Takes nothing but a Dremel and a lot of patience, something we are more likely to have than wire welders or cutting torches.
You don't have to track down Pablo to find diamond bits. Harbor Freight or even Walmart has them.
