I can appreciate the "BLACK and White" decision making . And I hate it but I understand that profit is the name of the Insurance game (like they are really going broke).

Funny about being paranoid. I have had cracked windshields where I try to convince the Inspection guy that 'I swear I will replace AFTER the winter is over'.
It is nice to see again after getting the old one switched out, no doubt
