B20 F head question... 120-130

I pulled an F head from a 70's 245 with a B20 at the local junkyard and once I cleaned it up, I noticed a 6 digit number stamped on the flat area next to the middle head bolt hole on the injector side. The number is "460533". I heard some R-sport heads had numbers stamped on them, and the other F head I have has nothing stamped on the flat by that bolt hole...
