Evap canaster is located under car near middle fuel filter shares housing with it, A smoke test is done by removing hoses and inserting a smoke tester machine it pumps smoke through associated line and where their is a hole etc it pumps out.I paid approx 30 dollars for this procedures and found 2 small hoses that were bad.
