CRC has worked great for me. The latest was when a shop in Norfolk wanted to replace the MAF on my kid's car. I told them to spray the thing first, and it worked. It has brought my units back from the near dead 4-5 times. However I wouldn't do it as a preventive step, absent a performance problem.
