Thanks everyone. I removed the flame trap hoses and rinsed all the "tapioca" out and it hasn't returned. Upon checking the inktake vacuum hose it looked fine so I thought I'd use a bobby pin to stick into the little intake opening as I only used a short sewing needle previously. Seems to have done the trick. Idle has smoothed greatly. Thanks again!
