Hello,

The switch is to actuate a vacuum solenoid to control the EGR valve for cars sold in California.

On non-California cars the EGR valve is actuated by a vacuum port on the intake manifold.

According to GCP, the 4 injector lines for a 1975 240 which are a little longer are still available, but would cost almost $400.00 for all 4 lines.

Volvo used to sell just the plastic line and you would reuse the fittings.

But installing new lines on the fittings is not easy.
