Not sure what car you are describing in your transmission mount replacement instructions. PV may be? Amazon trans rubber mount similar to the engine mount. Just fixed with a nut at each end. Small bracket bolted to the back of the gearbox for the top and then through the trans cross member for the bottom. No "casting" AFAIK. Unbolt gearbox bracket and cross member and drop as one piece.
