This forum and the FAQ is fantastic. Removed the right fender ground point and cleaned all surfaces with sandpaper and problem is gone. I will get to left fender point when its cooler weather. I started with right side ground point due to the bulb out light coming on whenever the right turn signal was used even though no lights were out. Apparently the ground was not sufficient for the turn signal either.
