Actually I did not check the voltage over the poles I trusted the lights(battery, parking brake, brake). After posting the reply I went out again I thought it didn't make sense. Wire brushed the connectors aagain and there you go, running like in the old days. Is the small red wire necessary for charging or is it just to tell the dash that it isn't?
