Did you check the items suggested in the reply to your other thread?

It seems unlikely that both bulbs would go at the same time.

Even if the fuse element is intact it could still be the problem. The right side parking lights are on the same fuse. Are they working?

Dimmer rheostat was also a good suggestion.

The cluster is easy enough to remove but those 3W halogen bulbs are expensive.
