I bet the BMW commercial doesn't show the TUNE-UP Bill from the dealer.
Of course these dealers have free maintenance for a year or two but after that. OUCH. They tend not to share there OBDII and other special Codes with the Indys so you basically have to go to the dealer and Drop Trou.
