What's with FCP lately?

A few years ago I ordered 2 new steering rack boots from them for my 240. The rubber ends were not properly tapered so they would never stay in place. I called and was transferred to the CSR manager who proceeded to give me a ration of sh*t. Needless to say, I didn't buy anything from them for awhile.

Recently I ordered new struts/spring seats from them because their price was better than anyone else's. That went fine. However, if anyone can suggest a better source for Volvo parts I am all ears...:)

As mentioned, I too miss when it was a Mom and Pop type store. Nick actually knew me and took care of me a few times.
