What's with FCP lately?

I've also ordered from FCP for years with zero problems, but this thread spooked me, so I just ordered $100 worth of parts from ipd. Their prices are more competitive than in years past.

I remember a few years ago that there was a thread critical of FCP. Someone from the company chimed in with their point of view. It would be nice to hear from an FCP employee, preferably the owner or manager, regarding the discussion in this thread.
