Looking for a part 700

Yes the pump does sit in a round plastic cradle but I was unaware of a screw. I have the original rubber piece but it was sheared open when I discovered it. It is a very small rubber piece. So I have the pump as far down as the plastic piece that moves up and down will allow.

I will be going in the fuel tank again soon and wanted to get this part in while I am in there.
