If it were my car I would get an alignment only if the car pulled to either side after I put it all back together. I have replaced this bushing many times and have never had a noticable alignment issue arise as a result.
On the other hand, some subscribe to the philosophy that an alignment should be done anytime work is done on the front end that could possibly affect the front end geometry.
