1994 940 240,xxx miles. Check engine light and 1-1-3 code with no accompanying code for 02 sensor. Starts and idles, tho a bit low and lopey. Seems to be running quite lean. No smell of gas at tailpipe and no black smoke. Very little power to accelerate. FPR is 5-6 years old(replaced myself). Now I must admit, last week when I took the gas cap off I failed to notice the rubber skirt around the cap had FILLED with water and I watched probably a Tablespoon or two go directly into filler before I could use my shirt to sop up enought to cease the intrusion....could a couple TBSP of water introduced into tank cause this code and/or lean running? Am planning on changing the fuel filter and adding some dry gas and then seeing if the code persists. I scoured the archives and couldnt find an instance of the 113 code solo? Usually with a code for 02 sensor? Thoughts?
