113 code, Did I cause? 900 1994

Update:
Have swapped FPR(noted strong fuel pressure and volume at the rail..:) and changed fuel filter. No Change. Looked at 02 sensor wiring by cat. Someone has already spliced in a Bosch Universal prior to my ownership(70,000miles). The connection looks very suspect, including the use of plastic "zip ties" to seal ends. I am going to go check voltage on O2 sensor connector in engine bay. If I am reading FAQ's correctly I am essentially just back probing the Black(sensor)wire and chassis ground? How hard can I push through the back without damaging connector? Once warmed up of course.
Looking for up and down fluctuations? I was tempted to just splice new one in but figured I'd gain some experience points on 02 sensor functionality. Thoughts? Advice?
