V90 Sagging Wagon S90-V90

The odometer has 173K and I will say that the current vehicle dynamics do not inspire confidence. I have replaced the entire front end (strut mounts, ball joints, tierod ends, steering rack etc)

I put one set of Monro shocks on the back a long time ago.....so it sounds like its time to do the back.

Is there a going rate to have the rear spring done?

I found the part available at Swedish autoparts online here:

http://www.swedishautoparts.com/V90/Volvo-V90-suspension-rear.html#linkbar

Looks like $202-237 depending on the version I have. How awful is this to do on your own? I do have access to a lift but I don't have any specialized Volvo tooling or a lift....

What do shops charge?

I am seriously thinking about making some airshocks from Monroe or Gabriel (HIJACKER)fit.

The only thing I have heard is to run separate airlines to each side if you do it. Any thoughts there?

Monroe also makes a Load-Leveler Shock set with coilovers on them for S-10s etc. Seems like that might be reasonable. I want to pull a small 8x10 aluminum trailer with this car once I am done with these issues.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts....
