M410 difficulty changing gears 140-160

Just took the 164 out for a drive around the streets, went fine for 30 mins and then it became difficult to change gears. Must admit that I did not get a chance to try it in overdrive. Has it got something to do with oil temperature, or is this increased pressure in the box as the oil temp rises? Oh for the simpe pleasures of the m400!
