Agree that these are not designed to be services by easily removing. A machine shop could re-machine new pins after pressing out the old ones most likely. Best bet would be to email around the Parts Recyclers who advertise in VCOA, Google etc. Would be cheaper and less hassle. What's wrong w/the hinges? Good luck w/ the wagon....had some when they were reasonable, loved 'em ,miss 'em.
