Fuel pump was a "tested/used" part from Voluparts in Atlanta GA. It was put in by a family friend, who is a GM mechanic. I believe it was an OEM pump, just a used one. How do you check the fuel pressure? On top of that, we cannot get it to turn over enough to idle.
No codes at this time.
The O2 sensor, cap & Rotor, air temp sensor, map sensor and fuel pressure regulator are all aftermarket parts. Purchased at Advanced Auto Parts, Amazon.com and RockAuto.com.

Have not checked timing belt. I can have my dad check that.
Thank you all for the input.
