Engine start issues....all kinds of drivability issues 700 1991

So it appears there is spark; two directions then. One, is the spark at the right time (likely it is, but could be checked with a timing light.) Oh, is the dist in the head or in the block? I believe some Regina had the block mount diz.
Two, is the fuel pressure correct.
In reading the thread, I don't see a check for fuel pressure, nor for new filter, which has been a fix for some.
