Thanks for all the replies. I do suspect the pump is getting weak or clogged. I've also noticed that when filling the reservoir there's a lot of "overflow" before it actually reaches the top, as if there's a leak between where I fill it and the actual reservoir. Is there some kind of o-ring or seal I should be looking at? Obviously this isn't something I'm going to look into in the winter. My rear washer has also not been working for a while, so that's another summer job.
