Yes, I can hear a whir from the front when I pull the WW stalk, so the pump is certainly getting power, if not actually pumping fluid. Probably grudged up with deposits. I remember some years ago it would squirt right over the roof when stopped, but the last time it worked, the streams barely made it to the windshield.
