ECU Codes 200 1990

New to me 90 240. Seems to run fine once warmed up, stumbles a little upon start up drive off. A little sluggish for acceleration but that may be due to not knowing vehicle capabilities.

Issue is I have a code 2-3-2 that does not go away even after I reset the computer nor does the check engine light come on like it should, if I read the FAQ section correctly.

I am getting 21-22mpg in city driving.
