Why I don't like UPS 120-130

When the contents of a package are damaged by UPS, the shipper must file a the claim, not the recipient. I bought a décor panel, and it was shipped by UPS. It was adequately packaged, but the package was damaged and the décor panel was broken in two pieces. I could not get the seller to file a claim (he had his money), and I had a broken décor panel.

The next décor panel I bought came from Australia and was shipped using postal service. It arrived unbroken.
