weird OBD issue 700 1991

Hi all!
I need help with my OBD reader.
In both cases (socket 2 or 6) I get 111.
All looks fine, but sometimes on idling warm engine I feel surge, usually OBD pops lean/reach mix. Nothing this time -just 111. Even if I disconnect O2 sensor or MAF sensor -nothing changes.
More over - if I try to erase error code, erasing procedure works on socket 6 but never get steady light after 5 sec push on socket 2.
Please, help me.
