I believe there were 2 different clips for the 1800, but can't remember which one fits which years. A '68 may have had either style clip, depending what they had on hand on the day your car was built. Another quirk of the '68 is the rear brakes, (Wagner) with link style self-adjusters. Very hard to find some of the hardware, but the older Rambler Americans used the same parts.
