I'd think a wire is crossed up somewhere if the turn signal bulbs are lit with the the lights on. My first 140 (of many) was a '68 in '78. The rear lamps were barely visible. Removing the lenses revealed loads of dirt collected at the bottom of the fixture and coating the inside of the lenses with the parking lamp bulbs practically buried. I have a '69 parts car with fixtures (and loads of lenses in storage) if needed. - Dave
