Loud boost and stutter..... 700 1985

Well heres my problem. In my 760 turbo when I'm under moderate acceleration the car stutters...it kinda pulesates. I replace the oxygen sensor (which i doubt the pervious owner EVER did and it has appx 163k on it). Changein that helped somewhat and it made the idle come down to the normal rate of about 950rpm instead of like 1200 or so. My second probelm i can figure out is when i'm under heavy boost i can hear a LOUD blowing sound. Not the very cool sound of the turbo suckin sound. I'm thinkin i have some kind of leak some where.
