There is absolutely nothing better than capitalizing on someone else's hard work. It is, afterall, the American way. Go to the address below. All of your questions are addressed as well as others. I found this link on the Swedish Classics billboard sometime back and bookmarked it for a quick reference while restoring my 61 544, IF I can ever get the time to put the finishing touches on my modified 57 444.
