PerTronix Ignitor 120-130 1968

A year ago I installed a PerTronix Ignitor, a solid state unit in the distributor replacing the points and the capacitor. I'm very pleased with the results, good starting, good power and makes the car more reliable too, no contacts to replace again, it is a simple unit, all fits in the distributor and esay to install in half an hour.

I really like to install a PerTronic Ignitor in my 122S distributor too, has anyone done that ? and if so what type of distributor was it installed. My current distributor is a Bosch JFUR4 and they tell me that there is no Ignitor available for this model. The classicgarage.com is selling these Ignitors a t discounted prices around $75
