pulse yes, warped rotors, yada yada yada.


But wobble and dull knocking indicate much worse problems...either something is loose or broken under there and you need to get it looked at immediately. Perhaps it's only something like badly worn stay arm bushings...but it could also be a failing ball joint...and if that goes the wheel kicks out and the front end comes down and locks the wheel. Get it checked now.
