Generic recommendation is to follow what your owner's manual says. 10W-30.

Synthetic 10W-30.

I like, use and sell Amsoil because it has the lowest wear in ASTM tests of any oil. I got hooked by buying at the store after doing serious research, (sorta expensive at the store though), Then I said why not get the lowest prices available? And became a dealer - suddenly I'm selling the stuff.
