Pulling Brakes 700

Hi,
I just have this question.
I took my car to the mechanic and he told me that my rotors were causing
the vibration in my steering wheel. He he replaced those and also
strut rod bushings, but now when I heavily push the brakes my steering wheel pulls to the right. What's the deal here?
Does anybody know what could be the problem?
