84, 245 injector wiring, need help

I have a 245 DL, 84. I rewired the engine a couple years ago and hope
I have not screwed up someplace. Right now I am getting very little
voltage to the injectors, less than one volt. Is it up to the computer
that is inside on the passager side kick panel to supply voltage to the
injectors? Also is there anything else that will vary the voltage at
the injectors themselves? I have got a guy helping me and we think it
it is the computer but not sure. He has measured it with a digial volt
meter and he is getting about .6 volt on the + side and .15 volt on the
- side. We can take a 12 volt light bulb and it just barrly flickers.
The spray out of the injectors is very fine. Not enough to start the car.
The fuel pressure is fine. Is it the computer that is inside the car that
is causing all the problem. Does anyone know how to test this one at the
injectors? I have a jetronic system. The numbers that are on the computer
inside is 0280-000-510 Bosch. I would appreciate any help with this problem.
Not sure where to go from here. I just want to be sure that this is where
the problem is located before buying a another one.

Thanks
Roy
